School trips would include the museums on the mall only. I later lived in the Anacostia area for about 2 years in 92-94 and I still never heard word of the museum. Go figure… Now I live in Fort Worth TX and my book club is planning a trip to DC in Sept and I was searching for things to do and found the information about this museum. Maybe my group would be interested in visiting.
