It makes 14th st so lively.
But please the vendors outside of Bank Of America need to be moved as they
block the ADA ramp and impeded the crosswalkers.

Once vending is decriminalised will the license cost be lowered? If not lowered allow it to be paid in installments.

Also, the vendors who sell food/drink need to be certified. I have seen a lady scratch her bare hand into her hair then return to cutting mangos, NO GLOVES. THat is unhygenic.
