Understand though that moving is alot of work. Former PM residents have settled into their new apts, made new patterns for church, school, grocery store. They may have even switched to Drs closer to their new apts. So to switch all that back to NW is alot.

No MsHigh should not get to side by side apts! Move her into a 3bedroom apt for her, her 22yr old, her 7yr old. Or at 22, is Atira eligible for her own voucher( if she is not as she is still a dependent but I think she is as she is in college ). then she may have he rown 1bed apt.
